The fact is, we can 't do
what we do without the support of those of you who
continually pray, encourage and support us through
donations.
The services we provide
are not always free; we believe that people should
invest something in their health, and many of our
clients believe this also, giving as little as 1.00 to
show their support. They do this as an act of restoring
some portion of the dignity lost in their journey to
receive good, sound treatment and advice. These are men
and women who walk in faith, giving of their time (as
time allows), stepping outside their situation, and
reaching out to others affected by hep C. As volunteers,
they give support to those who have no one to talk with
or share their lives.
Still, as an
organization, we struggle to keep our office open, as
office space, telephone(s), gas, electric bills must be
paid. Would you prayerfully consider donating to our
organization to keep testing and treatment available to
those who are either underinsured or without insurance?
It saddens us to have to choose between paying our
office bills and helping someone get to a doctor's
appointment. On one hand, we recognize that if our phone
lines are open, we can reach out to more people, but if
someone comes to use with an immediate need - like
traveling across the U.S. because a doctor called and
told them a liver was available to them - we can't help
but to do everything we can to get them to that doctor
in that particular city and state.
Your donation of 50
dollars or more will help to keep our offices open. For
your gift, we will send you our organization's t-shirt,
a bumpersticker and button, showing your support for
